Foreword Some people see affiliation as a bond of friendship. We think that is very respectable. However, to us, affiliation is a linkage of sites that have similar content with us, but different in style and/or ways of expression. We seek affiliates that inspire and help us develop. We will try our best to do the same for you. We don't expect you to become our closest friend or know each other's real life situation, but it would be nice to drop by and comment on our work / news sometimes (especially constructive critique). We hope that we will help each other out with improving our graphical and computing skills.

There isn't much rule for this. Your site will speak for you. We affiliate preferably to site with less than eight affiliates.

You may cancel the affiliation at any point with an email notification. We will not ask why. However, if you'd like to explain, it will be nice for us to know. We have the same right to cancel the affiliation at any time.

Since this site is co-owned by two people, please allow a period of discussion. Normally it will take a week before we apply, but it really depends on your site, the number of affiliate spots opening, the number of applications we have to process. We don't write rejection letters any more. If you do not get an answer within 2 weeks, chances are that you are not accepted.

Link Exchange

Link exchanges are relevant links that might interest a surfer after they browse Graceful Lament. Link exchanging is a great way to boost your search engine ranks and also get redirected traffic to your site. However, we do have some rules that must be adhered.

1. Your site must be relevant to our website in some way. (Graphics/tutorial/resources site)

2. No illegal activity/content.

3. Our link must be shown on one or more pages on your webite and must NOT be hidden.

4. Email us if you are moving your site/ changing your URL/ closing your site, etc. We periodically scan our links database and we do not keep broken links, so keep us informed.
